By accessing or using ClipPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClipPost is a web application that allows users to upload, schedule, and automatically post video clips to TikTok. The Service integrates with the TikTok API to facilitate content posting on behalf of authorized users.

To use the posting features, you must authorize ClipPost to access your TikTok account via TikTok's OAuth2 login flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

You are responsible for all content you upload and post through ClipPost. You must ensure that your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws. You must not use ClipPost to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using ClipPost, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content to TikTok as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClipPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, scheduling errors, or account-related issues.
